Patrick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. As such, it should be no surprise that he is a Wolverine fan. (GO BLUE!) While he discovered his passion for writing as a child, he initially planned to be a mechanical engineer. It wasn't until he made it to college and received a push from his wife that he decided to pursue what truly made him happy.

If he isn't writing, Patrick is likely playing video games, watching anime, reading, or spending time with his daughter, wife, and dog. Some of his favorite series include The Legend of Zelda, Call of Duty, Full Metal Alchemist, Hunter X Hunter, and most things Marvel.
