Lauren Kirby lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, Pete. She has two grown sons and one granddaughter. While the storyline of Preview to Destiny began in 1970, it wasn't until a series of unique dreams began in 1985 that she realized something was afoot and a prayer was coming to pass. During a sabbatical in 2019, she reflected on her life and recognized that the prayer, the five dreams and the ensuing years volunteering were all knit together, so she wrote about her journey. When Lauren isn't reading, crafting, gardening or doting on her granddaughter, she works in the financial services industry in business, operational risk and audit management.
